Common questions
Who do I sign the contract with?
How is this different from a freelance marketplace?
A platform introduces the parties and the contract is with the contractor, so management and acceptance remain with you. Here the contract is with the company, and the contractors have contracts with the company, not with you.
Who runs the project, and who do I talk to?
The project has a dedicated manager. They agree on the statement of work, track dates and status, and are answerable for keeping the stage on plan.
Which documents do I have in writing?
Each stage is closed by a written acceptance and an invoice. The contract records the parties, the subject, how the work is run and the project estimate.
How is the cost worked out?
There are three models: Fixed Price, Time & Materials and Dedicated team. The estimate and the terms are fixed in the contract before work begins.
